Eram Soft warrants that services will be delivered in a professional and technically sound manner aligned with industry standards.
A 60-day warranty period is provided for bug fixes related to agreed specifications.
Except as stated, all services are provided “as is” without additional warranties.

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice.
The client is responsible for payment of all completed work up to the termination date. Upon final payment, all relevant deliverables and work-in-progress materials will be provided.
